A one-day CPD workshop exploring attachment theory from a trauma-informed perspective and its application in psychotherapy.

The workshop integrates foundational attachment theory with trauma-informed principles to help clinicians understand how early relational experiences influence emotional regulation, identity formation, and patterns of relating in adulthood.

Participants will develop practical ways to recognise attachment dynamics within the therapeutic relationship and respond in ways that support safety, trust, and relational repair.
